Who can use HearSay?
The HearSay system is available in versions designed specifically for Mandarin Chinese, Japanese and Spanish speakers who speaker English as a second language. There is also a universal version for speakers from many different first language backgrounds.
Should I use HearSay if I am just beginning to learn English?
Beginners will not get as much out of the HearSay system as those who have already learned English but wish to improve the intelligibility of their speech.
Does CDT offer a HearSay system for speakers of languages other than Japanese, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish?
Yes, HearSay For All is a compilation that includes more than 200 contrasts appropriate for English learners with many first-language backgrounds.
Why are there separate versions of the system for different languages?
The system is designed to focus training on pronunciation difficulties which are common to native speakers of the specified first language.
Will HearSay work on my Apple computer?
HearSay is only designed to operate in the PC environment at this time.
What are the system requirements for the HearSay system?

How do I install the HearSay software?
Follow the installation instructions printed on the jacket of the CD package or those instructions included with your software. If you require additional assistance with your installation, email support@comdistec.com.
Is there technical support for the HearSay system?
CDT offers free technical support for its products for one year after the purchase date. You may email support@comdistec.com or call 812-336-1766 with your questions.
What if I decide that I do not like my HearSay system?
You may return HearSay software that you purchased as long as it is returned within 30 days of the invoice date (the date on which you purchased the system).
